Had a fantastic dining experience at Momento by Ikaro! The service was attentive, and the food was exceptional. We loved the Amazonian tiradito and the tuna tartar with salmorejo, but the real standout was the veal sweetbreads—absolutely delicious. I am amazed by the quality of the food, not very common in Miami. I can say Momento is one of the best restaurants in town at the moment. The whole menu is very special, but you must order the tuna tartare, the Amazonian tiradito, the turbot (this type of fish is almost imposible to find in the US) and veal cachopo, with pesto and truffle. Oh, the lotus cheesecake is out of this world, crazy how good it is. Great athmosphere. Great attention to detail. Great vibes and great service. 10 out of 10

The place is beautiful, the food was really good, I was expecting it to be more Spanish food but it’s a mix of Spanish and Ecuadorian cuisine and it wasn’t bad at all, but if you want to experience more Spanish food I won’t be the place, however if you want to enjoy an intimate dinner with good food this is the place because it’s not too crowded. Good to mention that they open only from Wednesday to Saturday.

I absolutely love it! A bit of background: Chef Sánchez and her husband, Chef Murua, are the masterminds behind this gem. They own the Michelin-starred restaurant Ikaro in Spain and have worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens, including the three-star Michelin restaurant Azurmendi in Bilbao. They've also collaborated with Spain's legendary chef, MartĂn Berasategui. So, rest assured, the culinary pedigree they bring to Miami is top-tier. As a foodie and hospitality enthusiast, I spent a month in northern Spain last year, and ever since returning to Miami, I’ve missed the authentic flavors and warm service that Spaniards are known for. Fortunately, I found it all at Momento by Ikaro!
